Specialist Advisers

Your depth of experience working at a senior level in the health and/or social care system will enable you to offer credible, expert support and guidance to the Eastern Development Centre and its partners.

Portfolio Managers

Working closely with lead officers from both strategic and local health and social care organisations, you will lead a portfolio team delivering a range of programmes and projects. You will oversee the effective use of our MSP & Prince 2 based operating framework to ensure focused delivery against strategic objectives.  Read the job description here.

Programme Managers

You will design, monitor and deliver successful programmes using our MSP and Prince 2 based operating framework. You will need excellent analytical and communication skills to manage one or more specific programmes/projects.  Read the job description here.

Project Managers

You will manage one or more specific projects from scoping through to delivery using Prince 2. You will be required to develop radical and robust solutions and act as a catalyst for change.  Read the job description here.

Programme Support Officers

You will work as part of the Programme Support Office Team based at our offices in Colchester offering project management using Prince 2 and administrative support to a range of programmes and projects. All roles require excellent presentational, networking and leadership skills gained at a senior level, ideally within the NHS and/or social care. You will have successfully managed programmes/projects within complex environments with a proven ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, with credibility and authority. You must be able to demonstrate understanding of public sector policy and reform (NHS and local government).

We offer set rates for short and longer term contract appointments via a register of consultants and available freelance staff.
